Notice of Board Resignation – Atedo Peterside

Nigerian Breweries Plc has formally informed The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and the investing public about the resignation of Atedo N A Peterside from our Board of Directors, effective April 1, 2020.

Mr. Peterside has recently set up the Anap Foundation COVID-19 Think Tank. His resignation from our Board is to enable him to focus fully on fulfilling the objectives of that Think Tank.

Mr. Atedo joined our Board on August 21, 2008, and was an invaluable contributor to the progress made by the Company during his time on the Board.

We are grateful to Mr. Peterside for his services to our Company and wish him the very best in his other endeavours.
