Our Board of Directors is committed to the highest standard of transparency, accountability and good corporate governance and ensures that the company achieves its objectives and that all operations are carried on in a manner that assures the overall benefit of shareholders and other stakeholders.
The Board fully endorses the Nigerian Code of Corporate Governance, 2018, released by the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria in 2019 and gives due consideration to all relevant provisions of the Companies’ and Allied Matters Act, Cap C20, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004. Our corporate governance systems support the practices and procedures to ensure that the company operates in a way that facilitates the achievement of our corporate goals and objectives in a fair, honest, transparent and responsible manner. The company will always take active steps to fully comply with the provisions of the above Code and Laws.
