Mr. Thibaut Francois Baptiste BIODIN

Managing Director / CEO

Thibaut F.B Boidin was appointed Managing Director/CEO and member of the Board of Nigerian Breweries Plc, effective July 1, 2025.

He joined the HEINEKEN Group in 2017 as Deputy CEO of France Boissons and, in 2020, expanded his responsibilities to include the role of Chief Transformation Officer for HEINEKEN France. He subsequently served as Chief Transformation Officer for HEINEKEN Europe, based in Amsterdam.

Until his appointment to Nigerian Breweries, Mr. Boidin was the Managing Director of HEINEKEN Romania, one of the Group’s largest operations in Eastern Europe.

Prior to joining HEINEKEN, Mr. Boidin served as an officer in the French Armed Forces across various continents. He later transitioned to the corporate sector, where he held senior executive and Managing Director roles in leading French organisations, including Elis and Veolia.

Uaboi G. Agbebaku, Esq.

COMPANY SECRETARY / LEGAL DIRECTOR

NATIONALITY : Nigerian
APPOINTED IN : 2008

Appointed in 2008 as Secretary to the Board of Directors and the Legal Adviser, Uaboi joined HEINEKEN in 2003 as the Legal Affairs Manager. Before then, he was in private practice as a legal practitioner with the law firm of David Garrick & Co. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of Nigeria. Mr. Agbebaku is also the Company’s Legal Director.

Federico Agressi

SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR

NATIONALITY : Italian
APPOINTED IN : 2023

Federico Joined HEINEKEN in 2008 as a brewery manager. He was at various times, Supply Chain Director in Ethiopia, Egypt, and Romania between 2011 and 2018. Prior to this role, he was Supply Chain Director, HEINEKEN Romania.

Philomena Aneke

DIGITAL AND TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR

NATIONALITY : Nigerian
APPOINTED IN : 2020

Phil started her HEINEKEN career in 1990 as a Nigerian Breweries Graduate Management Trainee and held increasingly senior roles in Management projects, Finance, Supply Chain and Digital transformation. Until her current appointment, she was the BASE Program Manager for Africa, Middle East and the Caribbean supporting 14 Heineken operating companies with ERP implementation and change management.

Emmanuel Oriakhi

MARKETING DIRECTOR

APPOINTED IN : 2018

Emmanuel started his HEINEKEN career in 2003 as a Nigerian Breweries Commercial Management Trainee. Between 2003 and 2014, he worked in various marketing and commerce roles in Nigeria. In 2014, he moved to Amsterdam as Regional Marketing Manager, HEINEKEN, and was appointed Manager Business Development Heineken® Global Commerce (AMEE) in 2015. After leading the Brands and Innovation organisation as Marketing Director for 6 years, Emmanuel was appointed as Sales Director in March 2025.

Uzodinma Odenigbo

CORPORATE AFFAIRS DIRECTOR

APPOINTED IN : 2025

Uzodinma Odenigbo was appointed as Corporate Affairs Director for Nigerian Breweries 
effective 1st May, 2025.  
Uzo joined NB in 2017, with responsibilities for Public, External & Government Affairs, first as 
Public Affairs Manager for the South of Nigeria. In 2020, he was appointed into an expanded 
role of Head of Public, External & Government Affairs where he subsequently led the public 
affairs agenda and government relations pan-Nigeria while also providing strategic direction for 
the Regional Corporate Affairs Managers. Significantly, he delivered a comprehensive 
stakeholder engagement and communications framework as part of the project team for 
implementation of the 2024 Nigerian Breweries business recovery plan, achieving zero business 
disruption and negative media coverage amongst other critical outcomes.   
Prior to this role, Uzo was the Corporate Affairs Director, Brarudi, from July 2024 to March 
2025, where he successfully led the Corporate Affairs agenda for Brarudi, driving the launch of a 
reputation campaign anchored on sustainability, elevated internal communications with positive 
impact on climate scores, championed the Optimal Business Climate agenda with concrete 
results on export, local sourcing and the ongoing advocacy to avoid negative excise impacts from 
tax harmonization in the EAC region.  
His corporate experience spans over 20 years across different functions, having held various 
management roles in the FMCG industry such as Sustainability Reporting Manager for British 
American Tobacco, Incident Management and Crisis Resolution Manager, Regional Public 
Affairs Manager (North) and subsequently led the Public Affairs and Communications function 
at Nigerian Bottling Company. 
Uzo is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, Chartered Institute of Public 
Relations (UK) and holds an MBA in addition to a PhD in Mass Communications. His passion 
lies in building emotional connections, discovering new frontiers and leading an active lifestyle.  

Grace Omo-Lamai

Non-Executive Director

NATIONALITY : Nigerian
APPOINTED IN : 2017

Grace started her Human Resources career at Michelin Nigeria, 21 years ago, following a stint in the banking industry. She moved from the manufacturing to the telecommunications industry, working from 2004 to 2012 with Airtel Africa, across various HR functions – Recruitment, Business Partnering and Talent Management and various locations in Nigeria, Congo Brazzaville, and Kenya.
Prior to Joining the HEINEKEN Family, she was Director, Human Resources at Nigerian Bottling Company Ltd (a member of Coca-Cola-Hellenic Group).

Ben Wessels Boer

FINANCE DIRECTOR

NATIONALITY : Dutch
APPOINTED IN : 2022

Appointed in 2022 as Finance Director and member of the Board, Ben Joined HEINEKEN in 2004 as a Finance Trainee and increasingly held senior positions within the finance, control and accounting functions in Europe and the Americas. Prior to this role, he was the Finance Director of Al-Ahram Beverages, the HEINEKEN operating company in Egypt.

Sarah Agha

MARKETING DIRECTOR

NATIONALITY : Nigerian
APPOINTED IN : 2025

Sarah Agha joined Nigerian Breweries Plc as Marketing Director on June 1, 2025, bringing a wealth of experience from her extensive career within HEINEKEN and the fast-moving consumer goods sector. She leads the company’s marketing strategy and portfolio development to drive growth under the EverGreen 2030 plan.

Since joining Nigerian Breweries in 2018, Sarah has delivered strong results for premium international brands like Heineken and Desperados, alongside popular local favourites such as Legend Extra Stout, Star, and Gulder. Prior to her current role, she served as the AME Regional Marketing Excellence Director at HEINEKEN International, where she shaped marketing strategies across multiple markets and enhanced collaboration with HEINEKEN operating companies.

Known for her strategic vision and passion for brand building, Sarah is dedicated to embedding consumer-led approaches that position Nigerian Breweries for sustained leadership and innovation in Nigeria’s dynamic market.
